1.   Introduction

BDO Statsautoriseret Revisionsaktieselskab, CVR No. 20222670, is a member of BDO International Ltd, a UK-based company limited by guarantee, and is part of the worldwide network of independent legal entities, each providing services under the name “BDO.”

BDO is an international network of independent public accounting, tax, and advisory firms (“BDO network”), which perform services under the name BDO (“BDO member firms”). BDO International Limited (“BDOI”) is a UK company limited by guarantee. It is the governing entity of the BDO network.

Both BDOI and the member firms are separate legal entities and have no liability for each other’s acts or omissions. Nothing in the agreements or rules of the BDO network constitutes or implies an agency relationship or partnership between BDOI and the member firms.

The website “www.client-login.dk” is owned and operated by BDO Statsautoriseret Revisionsaktieselskab, CVR No. 20222670, an independent legal entity providing services under the name “BDO.”

2.     Privacy Police

This privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as “Privacy Policy”) applies solely to the website “www.skatteside.kinsta.cloud” provided by BDO (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” “our,” or “BDO”) and not to the various separate websites to which the website may redirect you.

The Privacy Policy includes the information that BDO is required to provide you under Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

3.     BDO’s Collection of Personal Data through www.client-login.dk

When you register as a user on www.skatteside.kinsta.cloud, we collect the following personal data:

  • The name and CVR number of your municipality/region
  • Your first and last name
  • Your job title
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number

We only process ordinary personal data covered by Article 6 of the GDPR.

If you choose to use our search tool under the section “SEARCH,” we automatically collect information about your searches, including the names and CVR numbers of the institutions you query.

4.  Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing Your Personal Data

The purposes of our processing of your personal data when you use www.dk are:

  • To identify you and create a profile for you when you request information from us,
  • To communicate with you,
  • To handle your inquiries and requests,
  • To comply with the legal obligations we are subject to and cooperate with regulatory and law enforcement authorities,
  • To tailor marketing messages we send to you and make them more relevant and interesting by analyzing information about the services and information you receive,
  • To exercise our legal rights where necessary, for example, to detect violations of the law.

The legal basis for our processing of your personal data is the following provisions:

  • Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR: The data subject has given consent to the processing of personal data for one or more specific purposes mentioned above. Consent is obtained, among other things, for the use of cookies. When you give consent to the processing of your personal data, you can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us using the information provided at the end of this Privacy Policy.
  • Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR: Processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by BDO in managing the website “www.skatteside.kinsta.cloud.” Our legitimate interests include understanding how you use our website and gaining insights that help us develop the website and our services.

5.  Disclosure and Transfer of Personal Data

BDO discloses personal data to data processors in connection with the operation of www.skatteside.kinsta.cloud.

7.  Retention of Your Personal Data

We retain your personal data as long as you have a profile on www.client-login.dk. You can contact us at persondata@bdo.dk if you wish to have your profile deleted. When you request to have your profile deleted, we delete your personal data.

For inquiries directed to BDO via www.client-login.dk, we retain your contact information for 6 months from the day you send the inquiry. After 6 months, we delete the personal data we have registered from your inquiry.

8.  Your Rights

You have the right to exercise certain rights regarding our processing of personal data about you under Articles 15 – 18 and Articles 20 – 21 of the GDPR. These rights include:

  • The right to access your information.
  • The right to rectify your information.
  • The right to have your information deleted.
  • The right to restrict the processing of your information.
  • The right to object to the processing of your personal data.
  • The right to receive your personal data (data portability).
